Palladium City Explorers: a guide to Bristol

With the sun set to grace England for the all-too-short snippet of the year we know as Summer, Palladium Boots shine a light on Bristol in the third installment of the heritage brand’s City Explorer series.

The city famous for Drum & Bass, Banksy and my favourite’s Portishead is explored by comedian/ presenter Georgia LA and photographer Emmanuel Cole, as they adventure across Europe on behalf of Palladium, sharing their artistic and creative journeys through 8 lesser-known European cities.

Stripped back, grafitti-heavy architecture provides the backdrop for a city known to breathe individuality and creativity. With funds always tight and time away from the grind forever limited, the video is a reminder that there’s plenty going on in tucked away corners of the UK, and has me thinking ahead to summer city breaks in France and Berlin. The video touches on the record shops, veggie cafés and venues that can be so difficult to seek out as a newcomer to any city, making it an ideal reference if you’re planning on heading across to Bristol this summer.

Georgia and Emmanuel’s trip will continue across Europe over the coming weeks, although I’m particularly excited for the Copenhagen leg, as the Danish capital is a city high on my wishlist. Check out the video above and keep up with the adventures across social channels with #palladiumexplorers.
